The requirements for „True connection“ seem to have changed since the guide was published. To unlock it now, follow the dialogue choices, but with two important changes:
choose the Renee mug instead of the Ape one
write the letter to Renee on the back side of her letter, do not pick up the blank page from the book
The achievement will unlock right after you choose „I love you“ in the dialogue.
