Can be done in 2 minutes using console cheese.
Press F12 to open the console and enter the following command:
var r = cr_getC2Runtime();
Then unlock all levels using command:
r.all_global_vars[2].data=30;
Open levels 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 for achievements.
Use this command to unlock "Winner":
r.changelayout=r.layouts['end'];
