it seems to be easier to get 5 stars in the Jurassic Park era, as opposed to the JW (modern) era
start excavating cheap herbivores first (Triceratops, Struthiomimus), incubate one as soon as you get it to 50% - the first one never fails
save often, especially after completing a contract, so you can reload if you get a bad one
don't focus on genetic research, only skins
mainly incubate high-rated herbivores as fast as you can (like the Brachiosaurus) - make multiple enclosures
don't focus too much on carnivores, get them just for diversity - don't forget you can mix small carnivores with large ones
you don't always need to meet the unique species target - got 5 stars on Isla Pena carnivore challenge with only 9/10 species
don't forget to always excavate - even if you have the dino on 100%, you can sell the fossils
