There's a list of commands that you can find by typing /help in the chat of a custom match you're admin in (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1202866320). Those commands barely make it any easier than it already is though. The Equality For All achievement triggers when you swap team when prompted by the game. The game will start asking individual players to swap when there's a 3 players difference between teams so it may take a while. I assume it can be done in custom matches if you've got 4 players but I haven't tested. Switch, Please!, Democracy Works and Lost Batallion all need at least one partner, otherwise you can obtain them relatively easily on regular games with other players. For Switch, Please! and Democracy Works you need to be the one receiving the offer, it won't trigger if you're the one proposing.
