In intro scene take small doll and use it on mirror. Choices are irrelevant.
(missable ach) After starting new game skip skeleton scene but not to the end. Stop immediately on grey screen with pawns. You have to choose correct one, seems to always be first on right side.
(missable ach) Hide skeleton anywhere (under bed e.g.). Open the door outside (bottom passage). In corridor enter left bottom passage. Check the book. Kill Leon. Take the body to your room (second door from left) and look into the mirror.
