In the first map, you can just dart for the crystals. They're fairly easy to spot.
In the second map, I couldnt find 5 oranges on the ground so I did the jump-reset as mentioned on the store page to scale the tower. Your triple jump gets reset when you touch a wall, so alternate between triple jumping while moving away and touching the wall to reset your jump, to scale the tower for the 5th orange on top.
