The score to beat for 3 stars is 6000 points.
After breaking a target in Aim mode, you can hit the broken pieces again to get credit for additional hits. You can use this strategy to get the Bullseye achievement as well, but you must finish with the exact amount of targets in the level (i.e. finish the level with exactly 47/47 hits).
The fifth level, Forest, is an easy level for the Super Plumber achievement as it's the shortest level and most of the coins are clearly visible along the main path. One tricky coin is somewhat hidden on the left side next to the finish line.
