Focus on upgrade your jump ability to get the hidden items on level 11 on the start (top left), so you can farm most items there.
for finishing a level with full healts, simply equip the healing addon and wait before finishing the level.
Perfectionist II unlocks after finishing level 1-14 with all perfect stats
Perfectionist III unlocks after finishing all level with perfect stats. you maybe need to finish another level to unlock this.
