The video guide for this achievement have been removed from Youtube and thus also not explained for in the guide above. But basically, this is the strat to beat the game in under 1 minute:
Go directly left after opening the cage (basically doing the strat for [Unnatural Disaster] as mentioned in the guide)
Jump off the ledge and land under/directly to the right of the shelf on the last checkpoint (if you strafe you can jump further)
After respawning on the last checkpoint, turn around and grab the chest with the ingredient
Press ESC > Go to menu
Back in the main menu, press Continue
You will spawn at the last checkpoint, but the chest behind you will be closed and this time give you the second ingredient
Repeat one more time for the third ingredient
Go to the cauldron to finish the game
