Spam F12 upon launching the game to open devtools. Navigate to the 'Console' tab.
Paste this while on the main menu:

r.all_global_vars[3].data=15
Press 'Play' then 'Continue' and launch levels 5, 10 and 15 for their achievements.
Paste the following code for the last achievement:
