Start a level and press F12 to open the console, and then paste this snippet:
var r = cr_getC2Runtime();
r.Av[4].data = 18
This will automatically unlock all levels. Return to the main menu and open levels 5, 10, 15, and 18 to unlock all remaining achievements.
