Dispatcher: 'Alright sweetie, do you want to tell me what your name is?'
Caller: 'Matthew.'
Dispatcher: 'Alright Matt- Can I call you Matt?'

Caller: 'Yes.'
Dispatcher: 'Okay Matt, I need you to work with me okay? What happ-?'
Caller: 'Do bad people ever get punished?'
Dispatcher: 'Well, that's what we're here for, to get bad people punished.
