The realm has been saved, but the province is still full of refugees, burned granaries, unemployed orc veterans, cursed fields, nervous priests, angry guilds, and nobles who believe liberation should include compensation for damaged hedge mazes.

Over a 16-week campaign, you will try to keep a broken municipality alive. Every decision shifts the balance between public order, infrastructure, refugee welfare, noble approval, orc integration, curse containment, political capital, and the treasury. Spend too freely and the budget collapses. Ignore people too long and the streets do. Please note that the streets file complaints faster.
