One of the hidden achievements is for throwing a cursed item off the edges.
Multiplayer can speed up some progress but in the current state achievements are host only. This will be fixed eventually.
You are able to recomplete levels for the 15 base levels, but this will be fixed eventually.

I recommend waiting for gold boxes on earlier levels because of less hazards and explosives.
