Once you unlocked "The Temple" & "The Crypt" finish 3 puzzles for both 2 & 3 "Number of rules" to get all 12 badges.
You can get the solutions from your "Player.log" file in AppData > LocalLow > Rogue Robin Studios > Mystery Boxes by scrolling all the way down and it will say something like "INITIAL NUMBER 5985 -> 2705413554054135540027054135" so the solution would be: 5985
