Farm resources, set up machines and produce alcohol, cigarettes, and maybe something else. Sell of the goods in your store. It's going to be awesome. Grandma will appreciate it.

It is important to have a good relationship with your neighbors. It's great that your neighbors are such wonderful people now. Or rather, animals. Don't forget to say hello to them and they will tell you their life stories in return.
