Coins can be farmed by throwing all your trash/unusable items on crafting tables, then throwing a gold coin on it.
Some gnomes are at higher elevations. This requires picking up blue/black mushrooms before attempting to grab them.
For Indiana Jones, you can talk with Mr C. again after he gives you the mission and the achievement will pop up.
